Blaine Airport Sale Update

City council agreed to an addendum of the purchase agreement at Monday's meeting. The agreement will allow Yorkston Oil Company to exercise their option to purchase a little over an acre of airport property they currently lease from the city. Gateway LLC has waived the review period and environmental inspection. The earnest money deposit has been made and an application for a general binding site plan has been submitted.
