Edgemoor Home Sales

The first of the year started off slow with the majority of home sales coming in recent months, this follows a typical selling pattern of homes in Whatcom County.   Price reductions were the norm, buyers push hard and gained price concessions from the sellers. In the end prices were down from the highs of 2005. View property and the Edgemoor neighborhood continue to command the highest prices paid for homes in all of Whatcom County.
